At BAILA360, a platform developed by Tecnología Pukapps S.L. (B-27488105, C/ Devesa 8, 5º C, 03010 Alicante (España)), we value and respect our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process, why and with what safeguards, both on the baila360.com website and on the platform used by academies, their teachers and their students. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Each academy that uses BAILA360 is the controller of the data of its students, teachers and guardians; in that case Tecnología Pukapps S.L. acts as data processor and processes that data only to provide the service to the academy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Website contact form data: name, academy name, country, preferred language, email, phone and message, as well as the page from which it is sent, the reason for the request and the campaign parameters (utm) of the visit.
  • Platform registration data: name, email, phone number and academy name.
  • Academy operational data: students, schedules, attendance, class passes, teachers, classes, events and payments.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system and usage logs.
  • Analytics data, only if you give your consent: pages visited and use of features. On the platform it may include session recordings in which sensitive data (payments, personal data and passwords) is always hidden.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

  • Responding to requests for information, a demo or an invitation sent from the website. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form.
  • Providing access to the platform and managing the academy's features. Legal basis: performance of the contract with the academy.
  • Contacting you about updates, support or relevant service notifications. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
  • Measuring and improving the use of the website and the platform. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.
  • Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. DATA RETENTION

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, unless you ask for its erasure earlier. Platform data is kept while there is an active relationship with the academy and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in each tool.

5. RECIPIENTS AND PROVIDERS

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Server hosting and email delivery.
  • Stripe, to process online payments.
  • Google Analytics (Google), for website analytics, only with your consent.
  • PostHog, for platform analytics, with servers in the European Union, only with your consent.
  • Google Tag and Meta Pixel, only in academies that choose to enable them for their own measurement, and only with your consent.

Some providers, such as Google, Stripe or Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. USER RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request its rectification or erasure.
  • Object to or request the restriction of processing.
  • Request the portability of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@baila360.com. If the data belongs to an academy that uses BAILA360, you can also contact that academy. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. SECURITY

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

The website and the platform use necessary technical storage to work, for example to remember the language, keep you logged in or store your cookie choice. Analytics cookies and tools (Google Analytics on the website; PostHog and, if the academy enables them, Google Tag and Meta Pixel on the platform) are only activated if you give your consent, and you can change your choice at any time. 9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may modify this policy to adapt it to legal or service changes. We will publish the updated version on this page and, if the changes are relevant, we will communicate them through the platform or by email.
